Terms of Service

These Terms establish the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users regarding the use of services provided through the Company's website and applications.

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows: ① "Service" refers to the AI-powered voice thought organization platform and all related services provided by the Company. Users record their thoughts via voice, and AI analyzes them to provide structured text, insights, connections, and more. ② "User" refers to any individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company. ③ "Member" refers to a User who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the Service. ④ "Content" includes voice recording data uploaded by Users and AI-generated analysis results (text, insights, category classifications, etc.). ⑤ "Free Plan" refers to the basic usage plan with a limit of 10 recordings per month. ⑥ "Pro Plan" refers to the paid subscription plan that allows unlimited use of the Service through monthly payment. ⑦ "Credit Pack" refers to a one-time purchase product that provides a specific number of recording rights without subscription.

① These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Users. ② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws. ③ When the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes and effective date through notice within the Service or email at least 7 days before the effective date. For amendments unfavorable to Users, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance. ④ If a User continues to use the Service after the effective date of amended Terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may terminate their service agreement.

① A service agreement is formed when a User agrees to these Terms, applies for membership registration, and the Company accepts the application. ② When applying for membership, Users must provide required information (email address, password) according to the registration form prescribed by the Company. ③ The Company may refuse or subsequently terminate a service agreement in the following cases: - Application using a false name or another person's information - Providing false information in the registration form - Prior loss of membership status (except when re-registration is approved by the Company) - Technical or operational inability to provide services - Other applications confirmed to violate these Terms or be illegal or unjust ④ The service agreement is formed when the Company's acceptance reaches the User.

① The services provided by the Company include: - Voice recording and AI-based text conversion - Thought organization and structuring - AI insights and connection analysis - Archive storage and search - Other services developed additionally or provided through partnerships ② The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, the Service may be restricted or suspended in whole or in part due to regular system maintenance, server expansion or replacement, network instability, or other circumstances. ③ The Company may conduct regular maintenance as needed for Service provision, and maintenance schedules will be announced in advance through notices within the Service. ④ The Company may modify, discontinue, or change some or all of the services provided free of charge for policy and operational needs, without separate compensation to Users unless otherwise specified by applicable laws.

① Free Plan - Limited to 10 recordings per month - Basic AI insights - Archive storage functionality ② Pro Plan ($29 USD/month) - Unlimited recordings - Connection analysis with past thoughts - Unlimited archive storage - Priority processing and faster response - 20% discount with annual billing ($279 USD/year) ③ Credit Pack ($9.99 USD) - 15 recording rights - Never expires - Can be used regardless of subscription ④ Payments are processed through Stripe, and Pro Plan subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period. ⑤ Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. ⑥ Refund Policy - Pro Plan: Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment - Credit Pack: Refund available for unused credits within 14 days of purchase (used credits will be deducted from refund amount) - For refund requests, please contact ask@n-verse.world

① Users shall not engage in the following activities: - Registering false information during registration or information changes - Stealing or fraudulently using another person's information - Unauthorized modification or deletion of information posted by the Company - Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties - Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their business - Uploading obscene, violent, or otherwise offensive content to the Service - Using the Service to violate laws or these Terms or engaging in illegal activities - Transmitting large amounts of data or causing system overload to disrupt stable Service operation - Using the Service for commercial, business, advertising, political activities, or other purposes beyond its intended use without prior Company approval - Any other activities that violate applicable laws ② Users must comply with applicable laws, provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines, and notices related to the Service, and must not interfere with the Company's business.

① Copyright and other intellectual property rights in voice recordings uploaded by Users belong to the respective Users. ② By uploading Content to the Service, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive license to process such Content (AI analysis, storage, transmission, etc.) for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license is limited to Service provision purposes. ③ Users may freely use AI-generated analysis results (text conversion, insights, category classifications, etc.). ④ The Company will not provide Users' Content to third parties or use it commercially without User consent, except when required by law. ⑤ Users are responsible for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights by Content posted on the Service.

① The Company may change all or part of the provided services for operational or technical reasons, and significant changes will be announced in advance through notices within the Service or email. ② The Company may restrict or discontinue all or part of the Service in the following circumstances: - Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, riots, or terrorism - Power outages, equipment failures, or traffic spikes preventing normal Service use - Unavoidable circumstances due to Service equipment repairs or construction - Other circumstances preventing Service provision ③ If the Company terminates the Service, it will provide at least 30 days' notice through announcements within the Service and email, and will provide refunds for remaining subscription periods to paid subscribers.

① Users may request termination of their service agreement at any time through the settings page within the Service or customer support, and the Company will process such requests promptly in accordance with applicable laws. ② If a User violates obligations under these Terms or interferes with normal Service operation, the Company may take measures including written warning (including email), temporary suspension, or permanent suspension. ③ The Company may terminate a service agreement without prior notice if a User: - Registered for the Service using another person's identity - Intentionally interfered with Service operation - Violated applicable laws ④ Upon termination of the service agreement, User Content and personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

① The Company is exempt from liability for Service provision when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service suspension by telecommunications carriers. ② The Company is not liable for Service usage disruptions caused by User's negligence. ③ The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI analysis results. Judgments and decisions based on information obtained through the Service are entirely the User's responsibility. ④ The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of Content posted by Users on the Service. ⑤ The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between Users or between Users and third parties arising through the Service, and bears no liability for damages arising therefrom. ⑥ The Company bears no liability for use of services provided free of charge unless otherwise specified by applicable laws.

① If the Company causes damage to Users by violating provisions of these Terms, the Company is liable only for actual damages incurred by Users. ② If Users cause damage to the Company by violating provisions of these Terms, such Users are liable for damages incurred by the Company. ③ The Company's liability for damages is limited to the total amount of service fees paid by the User to the Company in the 12 months immediately preceding the occurrence of such damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

① These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). ② In principle, disputes arising between the Company and Users regarding Service use shall be resolved amicably through agreement between both parties. ③ If disputes are not resolved through agreement, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

① Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws or commercial practices. ② The Company may establish separate terms of service and policies ("Individual Terms") for specific services when necessary, and Users using such services are deemed to have agreed to the Individual Terms.
